"Crimes Against Humanity" has reached a critical point that demands concerted action for the protection of populations around the world being victimized on a daily basis by a host of horrendous acts of violence and human rights violations.

 

No longer can violence and brutalities against the human person - whether committed individually or against large groups [and/or] populations collectively - be conveniently swept under the global rug to be hidden and ignored!

 

None can deny the fact that inflictions of violence - whether in forms of terrorism and tyranny and imposed adversities are  key instruments which cause human degradation.

Hardly can there be a denial that the world has changed in grand measure. And the evidence of such change demands a steadfast vigil against unpredictable situations which can occur without warning or notice.

​

The arrival of the twenty-first century has already ushered in - within the first decade and thenceforth - an onset of unprecedented world-shattering events and challenges whereby no Nation can afford to ignore the actualities which can occur, and may yet be looming within the process of time.

If the world as a whole is to move forward into a new, sustainable and prosperous era, inflictions of violence which do physical and emotional harm and imposed adversities which prevent [and/or] deny the proper care, development and progress of the human condition, must be constructively addressed and eradicated throughout areas wherein poverty, hunger, starvation, disease, displacements,  neglect  and oppression yet exist.

In the midst of such un-predictableness, the world community must never-the-less take a positive stance with an aim to preserve a safe, peaceful and prosperous future for all of Humanity!

 

Vulnerable and helpless men, women and children must be protected. Moreover, "Human Rights" must be observed and adhered to by all!

 

However large or small, Nations must ensure "Human Rights:" Rights that are "inherent" and "inalienable" both in terms of "intrinsic values" and "literal meanings!"

 

As populations of Nations continue to become more and more aware of those inherent "Human Rights," governing entities around the world can no longer turn a blind eye to horrendous crimes continuing to occur against innocent members of their respective societies / communities.

 

Regardless of culture, gender, religious faith or ethnicity, the young and old alike should not be subjected to criminal acts which defraud the human being of inherent rights that enable a full and meaningful life of quality and value.

 

Nor should suppressive tactics be used as a tool to prevent the 'Whole of Humanity' to relinquish [and/or] forfeit "Human Rights:" Rights that cannot be transferred / extracted from the human person by means of brutal force or political objectives.

Quite the contrary, governing entities must now act with haste to eradicate all forms of "Crimes Against Humanity!"

 

The future belongs to the children of today! And it is the responsibility of "all Nations" to ensure that the youth of today progress forward with a clear understanding of their "inherent, inalienable Human Rights!"   

 

Thus, children of the present - who are the future - will be well equipped with the knowledge of those "inherent rights" for the purpose of developing to the fullest potential of the human person, whether individually or collectively as a whole.

 

EPACHA Foundation aims to bring to the forefront the root causes of violations against Humanity on a global scale. In its efforts to support concerted actions - by peaceful means - to put an end to acts of violence and detriments against populations having been subjected to injustices and violations of "Human Rights" throughout the international community, EPACHA Foundation will seek the assistance of Corporations/ Organizations/Groups/Individuals [COGI's] having the resources and capabilities to identify areas yet committing / allowing any form of "Crimes Against Humanity."

 

The expertise of NGO's and Not-for-Profit Organizations having experience in the field of humanitarian efforts will also be sought as The Foundation [EPACHA] pursue its goals in the process of halting and eradicating "Crimes Against Humanity."

 

A reliance on the knowledge and experience of NGOs and Not-for-Profit Organizations are considered valuable sources that can provide ways of identifying root causes of criminal acts and violations against victimized populations around the world.

 

As our shared planet Earth is an intended human habitation for the peaceful co-existence of all peoples, keeping abreast of criminal acts against Humanity and detriments to our Environment are interlocking concerns that the entire world is responsible for.

 

Not only should knowledge of such violations be sought out and discussed, but lawful acts to halt and eradicate such occurrences - without biased preferences or prejudices - should be a foremost priority for all.
